NSW growers, producers and makers set up on the grounds of Larder & Home. Do your Christmas shopping, enjoy coffee and food from the cafe, and make a morning of it in Lucknow.

Applications are open
Every application is reviewed by hand and the number of stalls in each category is limited, so we can offer visitors a genuine variety. Applications remain open until the market is full.
Stallholder policy
Made or grown in NSW. No exceptions.
This market was created to showcase NSW producers and makers, and that remains its purpose. Everything on your stall must be made, grown or substantially produced in NSW — by you, or by NSW producers named in your application.
We do not accept stalls selling:
- Imported or mass-produced goods
- Temu, Shein, AliExpress or Amazon stock
- Drop-shipped or wholesale-catalogue products
- Party-plan / direct-sales brands
- Resold goods made outside NSW
Stalls may be inspected on the day. Non-compliant stock will be removed, and stalls that breach this policy will be asked to leave without a refund.
A balanced mix of stalls. Stall numbers in each category are capped so visitors see real variety. Tell us exactly what you'll sell — if your category is full you can still apply for the waitlist.
Food & drink: packaged artisan food (preserves, honey, baked goods, confectionery, oils) and NSW wine, cider, beer and spirits (with the appropriate licence) are welcome. Coffee and hot food are provided by the Larder & Home cafe.

Insurance
Public & product liability of at least $10 million in your name. No policy? Add $30 and you're covered under the market's policy.
Set-up & weather
No marquees, power, water or gas are supplied. Marquees must be weighted. The market proceeds in wet weather and is only cancelled in extreme conditions. Some sites are on a slope.
Vehicles & parking
No vehicle movements during trading hours. The car park is reserved for guests — stallholders park on Emu Swamp Rd, Carroll St or Phoenix Mine Rd.
Fees & cancellations
Nothing is payable when you apply — approved stallholders are invoiced. Cancel in writing to markets@larderhome.au by 10am on the Friday before the market for a full refund.
